  • Created an AWS cost-reduction strategy worth more than $1 million annually, spanning storage tiering, compute rightsizing, AMI reduction, and workspace optimization.
  • Led a multi-million-dollar modernization program to re-platform and re-architect 20+ year-old monolithic applications for stronger scalability and performance.
  • Designed an enterprise MOVEit platform across AWS and Azure for 100+ users and 10TB+ of data, including security, Splunk logging, vulnerability remediation, and decoupled storage.
